Engaged in projects including PCAF-based carbon footprint verification, sustainable reporting, climate risk scenario analysis, and IFRS S1 implementation—covering standards interpretation, data collection and analysis workflows, and system specification and UAT while bridging business teams and IT. Building on prior experience in the business-unit scale database transformation project at E.SUN Bank, I clarified data requirements, drafted system documents, standardized business logic across diverse operational scenarios, and co-led cross-department communications to support project management. Work Experience
Sustainability & Climate Change Consultant
- Optimized sustainable reporting for the banking and asset management industries, analyzing governance, environmental, and risk sections against GRI and sustainability finance standards. Designed data templates and applied AI tools to streamline analysis, proactively mitigating reporting and communication risks.
- Supported TCFD transition risk scenario analysis for the asset management industry, reconstructing equity and debt methodologies and defining data workflows. Delivered training when data was limited, reducing project disruption and enabling client teams to conduct independent analysis.
- Assisted IFRS S1 rollout for the securities industry, breaking down new standards and establishing data collection frameworks. Aligned with parent company rollout experience to clarify key requirements, managed cross-department and overseas subsidiary timelines using Microsoft Project, and structured standard content for internal adoption.
Senior Data Analyst
- Served as Business/Data Analyst for the same corporate banking shared database transformation, clarifying data flows and field definitions while reviewing legacy system logic and usage context. Consolidated 10 raw source tables into 4 standardized, business-ready dataset specifications delivered to the IT team, improving long-term data usability and maintainability.
- Supported an IRB-compliant corporate banking shared database transformation by facilitating 10+ cross-department meetings to clarify project scope and complex data requirements. Partnered with the project manager to establish progress/issue-tracking mechanisms, strengthening governance across objectives, timeline, and resource planning.
- Integrated the PCAF-based financed emissions system with the internal carbon pricing dashboard, linking sustainability transformation to performance evaluation mechanisms. Enabled domestic and overseas corporate banking units to conduct systematic reviews of portfolio carbon intensity, strengthening incentives for green and sustainability-linked loan.
- Built upon the existing PCAF-based financed emissions project, developed detailed system development specifications and conducted user acceptance testing (UAT), enabling monthly, bank-wide financed emissions monitoring, improving data transparency, and establishing a solid data foundation for sustainability transformation.
- Facilitated capability-building workshops for Singapore branch, enabling early users to adopt data analysis frameworks and Tableau for local rollout and internal enablement, laying the foundation for a data-driven culture.
Data Analyst
- Co-deployed an Internal Carbon Pricing dashboard for 40+ domestic and overseas business units, enabling periodic reviews of financed carbon costs, strengthening ESG awareness, and reducing manual reporting effort by 50%.
- Served as Business/Data Analyst for PCAF-based financed emissions project, defining data models and table relationships using SQL to standardize carbon accounting logic, improving data quality and shortening project timelines by 40% under third-party assurance.
- Designed and automated ESG-focused management dashboards (Green Loans and Sustainability-linked Loans) using SQL and Tableau, reducing cross-department data preparation effort by 30% and supporting sustainability disclosures and business decision-making.

- Coordinated with the Bug Master by proposing the user story for developing the one-stop page within the guide for issue-submission, which had boosted the data quality by 30% during the overwhelmingly high user traffic during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Collaborated with the Marketing and Operation teams to develop a standardized operational procedure for confronting issues-submission across different channels, which had reduced the repetitive work by 20%.
- Enabled the intern’s capability in monitoring and operating troubleshooting processes by utilizing dashboard and internal resources, and regularly co-organized the issues to Product Owner or stakeholders.
Platform Technical Support Intern
- Utilized R Tidyverse and GitHub Pages to integrate the information from GitLab for troubleshooting and to communicate with users who submitted the issue, resulting in a threefold increase in efficiency.
- Deployed the Azure Function within GitLab API service and data-wrangling in Python to build the auto-updated dataframe related to issue-submission on BigQuery with support from Data Engineer. This facilitated a potential, more scalable cooperation with the dashboard in Metabase.
- Developed issue-submission dashboards on Metabase, integrating metrics based on users' role on the platform and keyword detection to enhance troubleshooting prioritization during the high-demand period of the COVID-19 pandemic.
